What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Amazon, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any major credit card as payment for your order.
What is your shipping policy?
VivanTee golf partners with USPS and UPS on all orders in the US. Standard shipping estimates 5-7 business days. Spend over $25 is free standard shipping. We have expedited shipping available for $6.90, express has 2-3 shipping.

How do I know my payment is secure?
VivanTee partners with Shopify Payments , PayPal and Amazon for orders within the United States which are both encrypted payment providers.
Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends to all online stores powered by Shopify. From annual on-site assessments validating compliance to continuous risk management, Shopify works really hard to ensure our shopping cart software and ecommerce hosting is secure.
Shopify also includes an SSL certificate that uses industry standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.
How do I change my order?
Order changes can be made by contacting store@vivanteegolf.com, as soon as possible after the order is placed, assuming it hasn't been shipped yet. We are always available whenever you need, please feel free to reach out.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do not offer international shipping at this time. But if you are outside the U.S. and are interested in our products, send us a note and tell us where you are. We will figure out a way to accommodate based on continued feedback.
